Random thread of my favorite classes for each Fire Emblem: Three Houses character (that I use in my runs, so there will be some characters missing

(Disclaimer: If you have any suggestions for classes to try for any of the characters, please do tell me. I’m also not that great at explaining things, so I’m sorry. This thread was made out of pure boredom.)

Byleth: I really like them as a Dark Knight, but I’ve found to really liking their Enlightened One class as well.

Edelgard: During my first run I left her in her special Emperor class, but I also found to really like her as a War Cleric.

Hubert: I always put Hubert into the Dark Knight class because he does really well with it! But I’m also sure he’d be just as amazing staying in the Dark Bishop class.

Ferdinand: My favorite class to put him in is Wyvern Lord currently. I also like him as a Great Knight and a Dark Knight.

Linhardt: I either leave him as a Bishop or put him in the Holy Knight class. If I’m correct, though, the Holy Knight classes lowers the amount of heals they have.

Caspar: I ALWAYS make him a War Master. Every single time. Though, I have been tempted to try him out as a War Monk.

Bernadetta: I almost always put her in the Bow Knight class. Just for the fact she can go far distances faster to get specific enemies.

Dorothea: I’ve always put Dorothea in the Gremory class. I tried her out as a Dark Flier and she didn’t do so well.

Petra: I always like her as a flier, so either Wyvern Lord or Falcon Knight.

Dimitri: I’ve used him in his Great Lord class and I’m currently using him as a Dark Knight. So out of the two I prefer his Great Lord just because his spell list isn’t the best, in my opinion.

Dedue: I really like him as a Great Knight. Just because I like him as a heavy armored unit but he usually falls behind, and putting him in this class helps him keep up, and even go further ahead.

Felix: I’ve used him as a Mortal Savant and Trickster. His spell list sucks, again in my opinion, so I usually just make him use his sword, but the magic can come in handy.

Ashe: I use him as Wyvern Lord, and he does really well in it! He’s good with Bow Knight too.

Sylvain: I prefer to use him in a Dark Knight class. I’ve been trying him as a Wyvern Lord, but I just don’t like it as much.

Mercedes: I put her in the Gremory class every single time. I’ve been tempted to try to make her a Dark Flier or Valkyrie lately, but so far I like her as a Gremory.

Annette: Dark Flier, no doubt. I was weary after the whole Dorothea thing, but Annette is really good with it.

Claude: I keep him in his Barbarossa class just because I don’t know what other class to put him in.

Lorenz: Dark Knight. I tried him as a Mortal Savant and he was okay, just not my favorite.

Raphael: War Master always, just like Caspar. Just because.

Ignatz: I’ve never put him in any other class besides Sniper and Bow Knight. So either of those.

Lysithea: I actually really like her as a Valkyrie. She does really well with it!

Marianne: I think I used her as a Gremory once, but I like her as a Holy Knight.

Hilda: She does really well in the War Cleric class. I found even her magic was pretty decent!
