Muscogee: almost 25K mail ballots returned. 0 rejected.

Douglas: almost 20K returned. 0 rejected.

Carroll: almost 10K returned. 0 rejected.

Rockdale: 12K returned. 0 rejected.
PA doesn’t have stats for all counties but does anyone believe this?

NC. Still seems too low but going as high as .8% is probably what saved the state from a similar fate as GA.
A few counties in Iowa posted something more reasonable (tho state wide rejection was still only .14%)
Why does the state of North Carolina have a mail ballot rejection rate 13x that of both Philadelphia county & the entire state of Michigan. And 4x that of GA. Are the people of NC just too dumb to properly fill out a ballot?
