Step 1: Get rid of the backroom staff involved in the signings of Cedric, Mari Willian, Pepe (most of these are clearly agent influenced signings) and get rid of agent influence!

Step 2: Arteta has to go if he doesn't revamp his tactics, play a more attacking style and play the likes of Smith Rowe and Saliba!

Step 3: If (worst case scenario) Arteta doesn't make the right changes and let's say he lost the next two games and he is sacked, do everything in your power to get Pochettino! He is perfect for this situation!

Step 4: Buy a quality creative midfielder!

Our midfield used to be our strength not even that long ago! We were 16th in the Premier League in key passes last season which is unheard of especially at Arsenal! A creative midfielder is desperately needed!
