The 4 polling locations that posted the larges single batches were not physically equipped to process that many ballots in that short of time. Based on the equipment specs of the scanners they could have only processed 1/3 of the total ballots sent. Software changed numbers.

Michigan is a slam dunk for Trump.

Ballots were entered faster than the scanners work.
Numbers exceeded number of registered voters.

Spike anomalies match the RCV functionality in the Dominion Software.

Answer: They flipped votes.
