When I did a poll a few weeks ago about workplace bullying and working with a difficult boss or colleague all the people who voted said Yes !!
After what’s been happening with Priti Patel and bullying this week why do we keep enabling this type of behaviour. 1/6

Surely we should be talking about it more where possibly
As well as supporting victims of workplace bullying where possible
I have helped my clients through this and feel more needs to be done to support others 2/6

I also think instead of using language like “they are a difficult manager or person” we need to address why it’s ignored time and time again. 3/6

Workplace bullying is a difficult topic for many to comprehend because most of the time it happens to people who are good at their job and think differently.
There is nothing wrong with that but what is wrong is being shouted at, excluded from work and not being heard. 4/6
