Just calling it a & #39;Garden& #39; wud not turn plans which r in d teeth of almost every judgment, Zone O plans and wrong from all angles legal or correct. We hv even suggested alternate sites across d Ring Road (see below in red line) 4 ur consideration but it seems in vain.

We request once again that please, please donot encroach on d floodplains of R Yamuna. Change ur plans. Its just across d Ring Road.
