The failure of due diligence when engaging male allies is the reason we keep having these conversations. Being so desperate to prove you have men on your side will keep leading to this kind of nonsense again & again.

& until these organisations own their role in these situations through the fact that they fail to do their due diligence, it’ll be apology after apology, resignation after resignation, distraction after distraction from the work. Smh.
