Hi everyone. In this thread I'm going to be talking about my writing - TDA and its related projects (Windglow, Beyond the Moon, Amuulzhini and FND-R) and my music.
Let me formally begin this by apologising. I understand quite a few people wished to read the ending of TDA after I left Tokweritov on such an abrupt cliffhanger. In this thread I'll be giving away a few details, but not the story.
Lately I've not felt it in me to continue my writing. I've felt depressed, uncreative and uninspired. I know I've mentioned this several times in recent months. I've felt exactly the same with my music.
Tonight I made the choice to completely remove my music software from my computer. I've felt completely unmotivated to make music, and streaming now takes up the majority of my time, as dead as my streams are.
I don't want to make music anymore. I cancelled my order of a decent microphone within the day I placed it because I felt something deep down.
I recently sold my guitar and decided to spend that money on a friend who I felt deserved a gift.
Every time I've recently sat down to make anything, I give up incredibly fast. I lose interest. I used to make music with a story behind it, either for myself or a muse of mine, but I've lost the passion I used to have.
I might upload my final* musical project but I'm unsure as its story is just... debatable. I'm not sure if it's even canon, and it wasn't for my characters.
Now, as for my writing. I'll split this section here into two threads. One will be a spoiler that will detail the ending of Tokweritov, Werline and Komorebi.

The other spread splits off into what I'm doing moving forward.
So to begin, TDA has been a huge part of my life. I've written the short stories, microseries and so on for at least twelve years, beginning a very long time ago under the title "Death is Magic". If you remember those stories, well, you're a veteran and you --
-- certainly pertain knowledge of some lore I've never touched on recently.

So TDA has spanned for a very long period of my life, detailing many characters and their stories, many locations, events, and so on, bur eventually I settled on Revanaska rather than the original --
-- canon main character, Nik. Nik was a mudront from the neighbour planet, Patzrunaka, who came to Auaetia searching for a rogue agent named Klaeteld. Klaeteld was after a war criminal named Revanaska.

When I decided to switch to Revanaska as the official main character --
-- Nik was killed off canonically by Klaeteld himself in a failed assassination attempt. That was the end of Nik's 4 year leadership of the story.

From there, Revanaska took over. But I decided to go back in time in terms of the story to write Revan's life and it all began anew.
So let's go over Revan a little.
Born to a family of quadrupeds, Revan was promptly abused and thrown out. However, it was later revealed that his mother saved his life, and actually slew his father.
Revan's siblings are unknown except for Garwin, who ended up --
-- actually crossing paths with Revan, though the two did not recognise each other. This was their only interaction, and it was brief.
At a young age, Revan joined the police. Eventually he was picked up by a private military - the Battalion - and there his new life began. It wasn't long until he was afflicted, and as the story goes, he became a cyborg.
Fast forward a few years, during operation Bloodbearer, Revan goes missing for the first time for two whole weeks. Once recovered, he believed to have been to Agartha - the afterlife - and come back from it.
Later on, he finds out he'd been poisoned and had actually stumbled into a forgotten part of the world --- the underworld. Where an ancient race resided.

Coincidentally baring the mark of "freedom" in their home language, one curious being made it their ultimate goal to --
Pursue Revan to the surface. Supposedly he also let him free of the city, and was later himself banished, so he took his only chance at freedom and survival and fled to the surface.
Revan's rifle had been left behind. The curious being had recovered it, and carried it close. It wasn't long before the creature came across a map which he quickly understood the meaning of, however, not the size. He was able to locate what he believed to be --
Revan's home due to the weapon still carrying its "made in Edelweiss" text. However, Edelweiss was a long-fought warzone.
Journeying for months, possibly a year, the creature eventually stumbled into a battlefield and was shot. Coincidentally, Revan's unit was actually there, and ended up saving the being.
Brought to HQ and hospitalised, the creature eventually recognised Revan. The two socialised with limited language, but they soon became best friends.
Understanding that it had no home, Revan offered it one with him. The creature accepted.
At home they bonded. They became the closest friends you could ever imagine, and they taught each other things.

Fast forward a bit, this creature eventually became Revan's greatest treasure. He'd die for them.
This creature was soon trained and even brought to fight alongside --
-- Revan in the field. He was deemed "Halitrad". Mystery.
He served as a new opportunity for the squad. Halitrad ended up being the pioneer to understanding ancient history (Kemel-Zel, and partially some of Dnzang-Kyi), and even lead the team through operation Dykordis.
Op. Dykordis was a vital part in Auaetia's history as nanotek's masterkey (Dykordis) had been stolen. It had been used to cause all active cyberunits to kill on sight regardless of faction.
Recovering the device, it was deactivated and brought safely back, and eventually stolen by an unknown faction.

Later on, Halitrad mysteriously vanished, and Revan persued. This leads to the events of Tokweritov, and where the story left off.
The story concludes with Revan treading back into the deep where he once fell poisoned, and he became poisoned again. I never followed this cliffhanger up. And I don't think I will ever be posting the conclusion as a fully-written story.
See, TDA was a long project. I grew up with it. I've put heart and soul into it.
Eventually, I felt comfortable enough to share this creative world with someone else, who would help me develop everything further. And they did. We made something beautiful.
I will forever cherish what we made together. Our characters, world, story, and so much more. It meant more to me than anything else in this world.
But recently we chose to part ways. For their own sake.
And with that, I don't feel ready to continue our world. It's not ours if it's not us. I refuse to write the canon alone and continue with the story.
Even if we never meet again, the story will never be the same if I try to write it alone. And as such, I choose not to, out of both respect and preservation lest something ever come in the future.
I will forever love TDA, but it isn't the same alone. Not anymore. It split to a joint project, and it will forever remain as such.

The world will freeze in time, and the story will halt.

That is that path I wish to choose.
With that said, I would like to make it known that if I ever choose to creatively write alone, I will either be making a new story with new characters, or building on past / very distant events in TDA.
I hope you all understand. Thank you for reading.
