There are a lot of partisan Dems saying "Schiff! Yates! Mayor Pete! People I've seen on TV!"
So far, consider it *good* that you don't really know Flournoy or Blinken or even Sullivan. Their job is not to be TV presences, it's to get a job done with Biden's confidence in them. /2
The goal of Biden's nominations should not be to pick a fight with the Senate just to piss off people you hate by nominating people *they* hate - *cough* Susan Rice - it should be to assemble a quality team as quickly as possible. It's not an ongoing TV show. So far, so good. /3x
