I mean this isn't the first time someone reported a fangame just so they can go around and say "look guys i shut this fangame down", I was expecting someone to do this eventually.

From what I have seen Nintendo seems to primarily target remakes and games that use their IP for profit.

Flashback is neither of these.

And if they truly hated all fangames they would have shut down fan communities like @OfficialMFGG a long time ago.

By the way, don't go ahead and give this kid attention, that's clearly what they want. If they genuinely thought that we are doing something harmful and didn't want to scare us they wouldn't tweet it at us.
