One last thing about mental health, I take this shit VERY seriously. If you suspect you have any kind of mental health issue, PLEASE, AND I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, CONTACT A THERAPIST!!! NOONE WILL LOOK DOWN ON YOU FOR SEEKING HELP, ACTUALLY ITS THE EXACT OPPOSITE IMO (part 1)
I understand talking to a stranger about your deep seeded problems can be scary, but TRUST ME, it is for the best. They will see things OBJECTIVELY, as they have no connection to you whatsoever. Also, just because one therapist doesn’t help, DONT GIVE UP!!! FIND ANOTHER! (Part 2)
Eventually you WILL find a therapist right for YOU. Also, I have seen people very against medication, and this is a bad way of thinking. This of us who have mental health disorders have a CHEMICAL IMBALANCE in our brains. Sometimes we NEED medication in order to fix this (part 3)
I may not know a lot about most things, but I am VERY experienced in this area. TAKE MY ADVICE, it may take some time, but with the RIGHT COMBINATION of therapy and meds, YOU WILL GET A HOLD ON YOUR DISORDER! We are born with these disorders so they will never completely (part 4)
