Can @CMOH_Alberta tell Albertans why she won't exercise her powers under Section 29(2) of the Public Health Act?

She must have heard by now that people are saying she can act alone. She needs to (a) confirm or deny that interpretation; (b) if confirmed, say what's stopping her acting; or (c) if denied, what she recommended to the government and whether she agrees with the do nothing plan.

There are bigger challenges coming (post holiday, vaccines, etc.). A lack of transparency and trust will hurt the office of the CMOH. It is the last barrier against total politicization of a deadly pandemic. Do the right thing.
