thread of things you are experiencing as a waiter/ess during your shift if the restaurant is busy
a table asking for the manager and thinking to yourself "do i even know where the manager is right now"
being first in but last cut for no reason other than the fact that you do the closing work well
waiting 10 minutes for the bartender to make your drink and getting yelled at by them for checking in too often
the bartender being on their smoke break but you have 3 mimosas you gotta bring to the ladies that sat themselves in your section
the kitchen messing up an order your table has already been waiting 30 minutes for but you know they're busy so you just take the L
foot blisters from the two doubles they made you work that weekend because they wouldn't stop giving you tables
calling in sick and the manager pretty much requesting your signed death certificate as the only accepted doctor's note to count it as an excused absence
if its during health inspection season you end up frantically trying to make the restaurant look like less of a train wreck
nobody replenishing the ranch portions in expo after they finish it so you gotta do it when you already have like five tables
thats it, being a waitress is a chaotic experience
