Also, some of you guys may struggle with getting over someone because you haven’t invested yourself in another passion. You put all of your energy into them and now you don’t have anything to do. Here’s a list of things that can help you focus on other things;
1) Helping People
2) Creating a daily self care routine
3) School OR studying up on a topic you’re interested in.
4) Creating content(YouTube, Patreon, OnlyFans, Podcasts
5) Hanging out with people that don’t remind you of said person you’re trying to get over.
6) Working-
You might consider working or volunteering somewhere just to blow off some extra hours and invest your energy into something.
7) Learn a new skill! Painting, fashion designing, knitting, jewelry making, whatever it is you feel like learning... JUST DO IT!
8) Travel! Obviously-
This one is on hold until further notice.
9) A simple exercise routine! Journaling, walking, light jogging... or you can go full on Instagram model. WAIT-
10) Nature.... nature is literally the best medicine unless you’re allergic to grass like me but it still counts-
11) LITERALLY ANYTHING THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY!
