So I was going to make hash browns then realize I was too lazy to drain the water outta the grated potato. So I just added more water to it and started to cook it down...
Then I thought... Maybe I can make a potato Shakshouka? So I added two eggs to it. As it turns out the answer to that is no. No you cannot make potato Shakshuka
So I scramble up the egg in the potato and was waiting for it to cook down and congeal thinking I could do a kinda potato pie
Decided to stick it under the broiler for a few minutes to see what it do.
It end up coming together semi decent. BMT 4/10 would not recommend
But I throw it together with some leftover Guinness Goat and a quick salad. Next time I go just eat some crix and drink a cup of tea.
