Many of you have kindly asked how I'm holding up. Saskatchewan winters are hard & with #COVID19SK this one will be particularly tough. Here's my plan for success:

More being outside even when I'm tired & it's cold. More outside is good for our mind, body & soul

I've build daily mediation back into my routine. Check out @calm & @headspace (the sleep stories on Calm especially help me when I can't get #COVID19SK out of my mind right before bed)
2/x
I'm venting, laughing, crying & listening with friends throug texts, twitter, zoom & the old fashioned phone. I'm enjoying my 3 bubblemates with more family time & meals with my husband & 2 kids
3/x
I'm supporting my favorite local restaurants, bakeries, breweries and shops through takeout options as often as I can ( @TheNightOven @9MileLegacy @primal_pasta Soulpaper, Hearth, @drinkvenn Shelter Brewing, Fable Ice Cream, Odd Couple are just a few of my favs)
4/x
I've prepaid for fitness classes to keep supporing my favorite studio while I workout at home. I've started feeding the birds in my backyard & love watching them feast (thanks @ericandersonyxe for inspiring me through your tweets). Books, puzzles & paint by numbers
