Everyone’s sexuality is self identified. Literally everyone, because you are the only person who knows your brain. Using the phrase, unnecessarily here, almost feels like it’s meant

Did- did you not read the quote you put in literally a page above. Yes, that voice the author describes, would be comphet as understood by your own definition because it comes under the concept that women have been convinced that sexual orientation towards men is inevitable

Here’s another thing: you’ve brought up the original definitely of comphet by the woman who created the word and that’s great but words evolve over time. We have a different understanding of the word lesbian than we did 50 years ago...
(I saw you sneak in the idea that all wlw are lesbians a few pages ago) and you don’t get to single handedly decide which understanding of those terms everyone uses. You don’t get to insist that the author defines comphet the same as you just because you want her to.
Sure, words have meanings, and if we all just define words constantly, we’d be incapable of speaking. But I think you’re intelligent enough to understand the idea that there is a currently popular understanding of words.
The way that the author is defining comphet is the way it is currently understood by a lot of a lesbians. So you don’t get to just call her wrong because you disagree. You are not the ultimate judge here.
