Unpopular opinion, but I'm irritated by the way Black Rifle handled the Kyle Rittenhouse situation.

Slight pressure from idiot liberals who made assumptions from one photo and they're out here issuing statements for people who wouldn't buy their coffee anyway? Give me a break.
I realize companies have to protect themselves. Fair enough.

But they could have said nothing. In fact, nothing would have been better. Companies can't control who buys their product. It was unnecessary for them to qualify their position to libs who won't buy from them anyway.
If they DID have to say something, it's fine to explain they don't sponsor Kyle. But a simple line about supporting the right to self defense, or something about innocent until proven guilty probably would have gone over a lot better with their ACTUAL demographic.
I'm not saying either that they should be "cancelled". But I think they really missed the mark here. They chose their words so carefully in their statement, and in my opinion, they chose wrong.
