Dear people thinking the government is trying to control us with lockdowns:

you understand that we live in a capitalistic society and that locking down society locks down the economy which cripples businesses and businesses fund government campaigns, right?

Locking down society is literally the last thing a government wants to do. It means less taxes, less profits, lower gdp, lower everything. In a capitalistic society it’s a death sentence.

The government isn’t locking us down to control us they’re trying to protect us, because it’s been proven that without lockdowns people won’t do the right thing.

When you say the government is trying to control us with lockdowns you look like an idiot. Especially when you do it over social media platforms that have literally been proven to manipulate and control people.
