allamah khadim husain rizwi has left this world. and hypocrites whether muslim, liberal or kafir are all gloating either overtly or secretly that an obstacle to their evil is removed.

they think that the shaykh has passed away and they will live here for a thousand years! this is the message the shaykh emphasised over and over again - life in this world is but fleeting; all your machinations, your strategem, your power, your 'success' will come to an end.

as muslims, we believe in the final day - the day of judgement, when everyone will be held to account. sure, among allamah khadim husain's enemies are those who may deny, scoff or laugh away that such a day will ever come to pass.

but on that day - which WE believe to be true - you will have nowhere to run. and mawlana khadim husain kept reminding us that:

in spite of mawlana khadim husain rizwi's (MKHR) explicit rejection of violence, people keep accusing him of 'extremism'. people in suits can carpet bomb innocent people and get medals for bravery...

...but those who protest against oppression are 'extremist'. by all rights, george bush, spoilt macaroni, the illegitimate child obama, and many other western leaders are war criminals and stand in the line of nazi crimes or pol pot.

MKHR did not bother what others thought of him so long as he was following the shariat of mustafa ﷺ.

such should be a muslim. do not bother what anyone thinks so long as you are right in the eyes of the shariah.

fa-laytaka taHlu wa'l hayatu mariratu
laytaka tarDa wa'l anamu ghidabu

wa laytalladhi bayni wa baynaka aamirun
wa bayni wa bayna'l aalamina kharabu

idha saHHa minka'l wuddu ya ghayata'l muna
fa kullu'llladhi fawqa't turabi turabu

alas! if my affairs with You were sweet and this life were bitter
alas! if only You are pleased even if the world despises me

if only the matters between me and You remain flourishing
i do not care if my affairs with this world, the universe are ruined

idha saHHa minka'l wuddu ya ghayata'l muna
fa kullu'llladhi fawqa't turabi turabu

if Your love is bestowed upon me, my ultimate aspiration
then everything on this earth is merely dust

idha SaHHa minka'l wuddu fa'l kullu hayyinun
fa kullu'lladhi fawqa't turabi turabi

if Your love is bestowed upon me, every thing else (every pain, every suffering, every challenge, every trial) amounts to nothing..
everything else on this earth is mere dust.

the last line: kullu'lladhi fawqa't turabi turabu is elegant form of poetry, masterly wordplay and the punchline: eventually everything on this will turn to dust; or everything in this world is as worthless as dust.
