As a former CIA officer who advises #natsec aspirants and has written and spoken on this topic, I’ve got some thoughts to share.

Facts: Everyone with a clearance has his/her own unique experience with the clearance process, work place dynamics. 1/
Some face more scrutiny or bias than others. Investigators, polygraphers, and adjudicators should all do a better job with better training and judgment 2/
A private citizen who hasn’t worked in the IC is entitled to her opinions and even her own efforts to address perceived or second-hand inequities of which she’s been made aware... but those efforts should certainly not be the ‘be all, end all’ of this and... 3/
There are CI issues if uploading or sharing personal, potential derogatory information with anyone outside the SF-86 form and background investigator. Doing so opens up the chance of information compromise 4/
Further, aggregating identifying information of potential intelligence officers is a CI issue 5/
