So... apparently, Edward Atlas was a noble from Leithanien and not Victoria which now makes sense with some lore we just received in Rewinding Breeze.

I already suspected Edward to not be from Victoria since the Victorian bedtime story Mousse told her friends should be centuries old, the timeline doesn't add up with Edward moving to Lungmen which is 20+ yrs.

Which means Edward's ancestor was the Greedy Twin Prince who fled the country as his sister was accused for putting the Fire Curse onto the royal family.

Now we know he feld to Leithanien, it also connects to what happened in Mudrock's Record.

Mudrock Squad was 'toyed around' by some Casters with tall hats, they have the ability to hid themselves in the fog and the power to control the infected much like Mephisto.

According to Logos (Blaze's teammate), their Arts were remains of a cult of the Witch King.

Logos also mentioned that two of Leithanien Emperor's heirs were already crowned yet there are still nobles who still devote themselves in Arts of the ancient Witch King.

Which means if we're going for Victorian Draco arc, Talulah will be the bind that brings in Leithanien arc.
