Bashir Hayford's Kotoko was known for marauding fullbacks who played almost like wingbacks & two forwards where one was a target man and the other, a poacher. In his own words he played a CVV system (4-2-1-2). Joined AshGold & switched to 4-3-3. Won the league on both occasions
David Duncan's Kotoko supplied team's creativity from the left side, maximizing the intelligence of Eric Donkor to play as wingback and winger in some matches though primarily a LB.

CK Akonnor's agoroball had two strikers where one played as a roaming forward for his creativity
...and the other pressing like mad. A key element of his play was his team's ability to score more than 1 goal when on the front foot with. He love to have a pure winger on one side and an inverted winger on the other side. With at least one ball playing CB every match..
....he loved his teams to build through the middle and from the wings when it's overloaded.

Since Maxwell Konadu took over, you can't point a system he's using or can't even have an idea of how he wants his team to play & that's very worrying with all local coaches evolving.
