It seems to me that we have far too many people in this country (on either side) who are willing to believe anything regardless of the evidence. That ain't good.

Confirmation bias is a huge issue, folks gotta start reading stuff they may disagree with. No political side is right about everything, though imo, conservatism is right more of the time than liberalism. IJS

I listen to Vox podcasts and other liberal podcasts just to make sure I keep my edge and know what my political rivals are thinking. Trust me, it gets frustrating hearing some things that I know aren't true, but I also learn some things that make me more knowledgeable.

We all should read and listen more to people we disagree with, it doesn't make you weaker, it actually makes you stronger, more tolerant, and more able to hold rational discussions.
