alright so this is going to be a thread on how i got my disabled instagram back and hopefully it can help you!!!
so personally i had to figure out why my account was disabled. they said i was pretending to be someone else but idk. prior to it being disabled, i got in a lot of fights with political people over harrys dress so i could’ve been reported+
i also was told it could be unfollower apps and your pfp if it’s someone else. so i had all three of those so i’m assuming that’s what happened. BUT insta is really bad at taking care of business, hence you probably having no idea why you got restricted/disabled..
step one. SO. when you first get disabled, u usually get a pop up like this first picture. prove you’re not a goddamn robot and fill that out. most of the time they won’t directly tell you you’ve been approved so make sure to check back in a day.
step two. once you check back, after trying to log in again, you’ll receive an image that looks like this picture attached. fill that out and they should send you a “submitted successfully” message.
*IF YOU GET A MESSAGE SAYING THAT THE SHORT LINK URL IS NOT A USER, ITS BECAUSE YOU CANT HAVE ANY SPACES AFTER YOUR USERNAME”
just simply put ur username.

step three. waiting game. if nothing is happening after a day or so, you NEED to not only fill out that form again but the forms i’ll be attaching below this thread. i filled each of them out a few times and one of them (i’ll label it) got back to me so quick+
BUT you need to make sure your using the email signed up with your account AND check all folders of your mailing app because mine was in my junk folder and i want able to see it earlier.
WHEN ALL OF THIS WORKS OUT, you will be asked in an email (first pic) so send a photo of yourself with a picture and a code and all the good stuff it asks for. do that asap. you should be receiving an email back with an apology message (second pic)
if all else fails, watch this video bc it helped me when nothing seemed to be working
