If ppl like Tyler Perry didn’t fight unions & instead paid the ppl they employ a living wage...

and if Georgia didn’t give him tax breaks to do this but instead taxed him enough so the govt could support ppl in this crisis...

Would this gross Tyler Perry “charity” be needed? https://twitter.com/brian_goldstone/status/1330502219557376011
You can read Perry's life as a reason why ppl are starving/homeless in Georgia. Consider:

- Gets tax breaks to shoot in Georgia

- Drive wages down w nonunion jobs

- Shoots his shitty projects in mere days, so doesn't pump $ into econ thru taxes OR payroll

- He's a billionaire
So, Tyler Perry "earns" a billion dollars while paying low wages to ppl he barely employs & paying very little tax.

And having shaken down Georgia, he now gets to claim benevolence while OBSCENELY making Georgian peasants near his castle wait overnight for crumbs?

Evil.
An update from @brian_goldstone -- his contact who waited overnight for Tyler Perry's crumbs got...a $25 gift certificate & some non-perishables. https://twitter.com/brian_goldstone/status/1330509617340801025
