The recent addition of Sunday High Street closure to vehicles during trading hours, to aid social distancing and when permitted outside seating, may also have a benefit in what remains a difficult trading situation for many businesses large and small.

With Sainsbury's not reopening their meat and deli counters across the country, the opportunities for independent business to provide fresh meat and fish etc instead may be there?
Currently Leatherhead has a fishmonger on the Saturday market, and fresh food is available at the monthly artisan markets on the last Friday plus additional dates in the run-up to Christmas.
And not far away in The Street Ashtead the butchers JG Appleford has reopened Thursday to Saturday a few doors along from the independent Greenwise shop.
