- I think misunderstandings of svsss come from SQQ’s POV, just remember that SQQ is not a very reliable narrator so not everything he thinks is true
- I laughed a lot reading svsss
- a lot of the parts of the story in svsss+

are built up upon in the extras, such as moshang (side ship) and all the characters backstories, so if you want to get a really good feel for svsss, I highly recommend reading them (they’re not rlly the type of extras you can skip if u want the world more contextualized lol)

- human ingests Demon King’s blood and becomes a fox demon (against his will) so he goes to find that demon king who’s blood he ingested (rong bai) to get revenge
- meets Rong Bai on the way to get revenge and Rong Bai loves Song Ci lol

- the first half of the novel is Song Ci being oblivious to Rong Bai being the demon king and RB following SC around in 2 little side-stories which are rlly well written
- everyone in fdcm is gay LMAO
- the second half involves time travel, cant rlly go into detail w/o spoiling

- fdcm has its comedy and its deep moments, overall very balanced and a nice read (only 101 chapters WOAH)
- while reading fdcm, keep in mind its a part of a series (not a stand alone novel) so some parts (such as characters) were explained in previous books and such
- however+

fdcm can still be read as a stand-alone novel, which is how I read it (it didn’t confuse me reading it without the other novels as context, only certain character features from the previous novels of the series were like: ??? omg who are u) (it’s not major tho lol)

- also, fdcm wasn’t rlly a novel the author planned to write, so some parts may seem weaker than others, but overall I think fdcm is a good read

the main cp are very cute

LFR scared of ghost, family trait makes him see ghosts, he gets scared, when he touch GKF there are no more ghosts

no more ghosts = LFR not scared

so LFR touch GKF a lot

- misunderstandings!!
- friends to friends with benefits to enemies to lovers
- Mo Xi in love with Gu Mang but GM betrayed his country and stabbed MX, making MX “hate” him

- tbh I don’t remember much other than yanfu, but this novel is worth reading because it’s a rlly solid read with a really amazingly written couple
- like, they get together rlly quickly with hardly any misunderstandings
- there was only 1 misunderstanding lol

- the politics it gets into is kind of heavy
- also there are tws for golden stage because there are some parts that are not fluffy... the only fluffy parts are with yanfu
