Pickles are so good. Can I get some love for pickles
Take a look at these juicy NSFW kosher dill pickles. This is as good as it gets. Personally I prefer them whole but spears, slices, and chips all have their proper places (just don't come at me with that half-sour nonsense. Full-sour or nothing). This is my culture in a food
I'm sorry but the only other sour cucumber pickle that can hold a candle is the cornichon. These cuties are real french and real tiny. They are flavored nearly the same as kosher dills but they're bite sized and always crisp?? Put a beret on this hottie and take it home
And don't forget about the cornichon's single cousin, the sweet baby gherkin. Other sweet pickles wish they could. These little snacks give you all the satisfaction of their sour relatives but with less bite all the satisfaction😫
Now let's start to broaden our horizons a bit. Cause pickled onions are sexy as hell. I'm talking sliced red onions and GLISTENING whole silverskins. The whole ones look scary but they play nice😉and sliced ones can be ready in 20 minutes but they'll keep you up all night long🤤
Now that things are heating up, let's talk pickled jalapeños. Spicy peppers and pickles were a match made in heaven. I was scared of these babies at first but now just the thought of them has me sweating🥵
On the other hand we have the beautiful, elegant beet pickle. This is a personal favorite of mine for both the wonderful color and the sweet/sour combination😈(you can also pickle beets with other veggies to color them all red)
A quick stop at an underrated pickle: the cauliflower. This baddie comes in multiple colors and multiple flavors and it will never let you down😋
We're on to some heavy hitters. It's radish time. Red radishes pull their weight but the true hero here is the daikon. Eat it with a dish or all on it's own and this beauty will make all your wildest dreams come true😍I'm salivating at the thought

I would literally bathe in this mango pickle. I would wash myself head to toe in this beautiful fruity briney spicy mix and lather it into my hair and just soak for hours and hours. I'm losing control

There's a reason they call them nonpareil and it's because capers will blow your tiny little mind🤯I grant that they are an acquired taste but they're also literally pickled flower buds and they're called capers. Once you try them on your bagel things will never be the same

You thought garlic was only used to flavor other pickles but it is the Adonis of the vegetable world and all other vegetables pale in comparison. I have never been more attracted to anything than these garlic pickles
