i made a form about what types of merch people most commonly look to buy (in general)!! if you have time, please check it out! i'll be posting the results in response/reply to this tweet so that other content creators/artists etc can have a look👁️👁️✨ https://forms.gle/p9Smgb4pwnyUa86q6
So far, some stats that are likely to trend:

- People are drawn to original content merch (which makes sense for my following lol) but also look for fandom merch!

- Charms, Pins, Apparel are popular, w/ postcards/prints still pulling weight + Stickers over buttons!
Some comments:
Long-sleeves with sleeve designs was brought up - which I noticed personally is a good sell/worth the cost; also consider the comfort issues re: crew neck (may be a quality issue). Also, bc of the price point, I will be considering -
how I can keep my apparel affordable while still breaking even on orders & making a profit. Apparel is probably something we should consider when we can comfortably balance this! In my exp, prints and charms are more feasible, and pins are case by case, depending on design.
Standees were mentioned as well (for fandom merch)! I consider these specialty items as they are more of a risk to manufacture & sell. Try charms first if you are new to merch, but once you have a feel for cost, funding manufacture and profit margins, go for it!
Something to consider which I actually find is the same for me (also lol thank you guys for all your sweet msgs omg I see u 😳):
