Farajov Aflatun, a resident of Osakucha village of #Lankaran region ( #Talysh province), died in the #Karabakhwar. His body was handed over to his family, and state officials said his son died in a car accident when he returned from the war. +

His family opened the coffin and found bullet marks on the body. After that, protests began in the village. Police forces couldn’t stop the protests.+

After that, government officials came to the village and apologized and said that they would give Aflatun the status of a martyr.

The Azerbaijani government has not yet released a list of soldiers killed in the war.+

The #Talysh activists believe that most of these deaths originate from the Talysh province and for this reason the government is hiding the number of deaths. Today's incident also raises suspicions that the government is trying to reduce the number of martyrs from Talysh.
