Uttarasadha and Chitra- A Deadly Bromance Thread
Here’s a brief intro to the nakshatras✨✨

Chitra is the 2nd Mars nakshatra ranging from Virgo 23°20' to Libra 6°40' and is called “The Star of Opportunities”. This nakshatra has its 1st, 2nd pada under Virgo and 3rd, 4th pada under Libra.
The symbol of Chitra is the Bright Jewel or Pearl and sometimes a shell with a beautiful pearl.
The deity of Chitra is Tvashtar, also called as Vishwakarma, The God of Architecture, Sculpting and Craftsmanship.
He is one of the most mentioned gods in the Rigveda as the personification of ultimate reality, the abstract creative power inherent in deities, living and non-living being in this universe.
Uttarashada, the final sun nakshatra, ranging from Sagittarius 26°40' to Capricorn 10°00' and is called “The Universal Star”. This nakshatra has its 1st, 2nd pada under Sagittarius and 3rd, 4th pada under Capricorn.
The symbol of this nakshatra is the elephant tusk, small cot, planks of bed. It is said the Lord Ganesha was born into this nakshatra as his moon.
The deity of UA are the Vishwadevas (All Gods or the Universal Gods also called as Ganadevatas)
The Vishwadevas are also stated as Vishwaroopa taken by Lord Krishna in Bhagwat Gita as the Supreme deity of the Universe(Referencing to The Universality of this nakshatra).
If we talk about how Chitra men in visual representation, they would be shown as introverts with emotional instability with anger outbursts, sometimes with personality disorder, ADHD and problems with alcoholism.
As a reference to one of the Claire Nakti’s video on mars men, these men actively involve in male empowerment, and also take part in movements like MGTOW from positions of their emotions, anger outbursts, and addiction to overcome their weaknesses and emotions.
In the case of Uttarashada men, They are portrayed as an ideal masculine(yang) characters. Being the opposite of lunar aspect, They naturally embody heat, warmth and radiance. They are also shown to be charming, charismatic and assertive in their surroundings.
Opposing the emotional attachment aspect of the lunar, These men are shown somewhat stoic (detachment to emotions) and carefree attitude due to not having restrictions as shown by yin men.
UA men (like other sun nakshatras) naturally have mastery over their emotions and bring the ideal masculine persona/image which mars men struggle to do.
The movie I'm gonna take this great movie as the nakshatra interplay between UA and Chitra❣️❣️

The unnamed character(Edward Norton) who plays the narrator is an recall specialist who is unfulfilled by his job and possessions, and suffers from chronic insomnia.
He finds catharsis by attending support groups and posing as a sufferer of several diseases, curing his insomnia.(He wants to cure his insomnia in case of overcoming his weakness.)
He meets Marla Singer (Helena Bonham Carter) who also begins attending the same support groups. The two agree to split which groups they attend. He begins to become friends with her.
On a flight home from a business trip, the Narrator meets soap salesman Tyler Durden(Brad Pitt). The Narrator returns home to find his apartment and all his belongings have been destroyed by an explosion. Deciding against asking Marla for help, he calls Tyler and meet at a bar.
The Narrator is disheartened by the loss of his material possessions(living his capitalistic lifestyle which is a sign if restriction); Tyler says he is trapped by consumerism due to ever increasing demand for soaps in the market(here he wants to get rid of his possessions).
After spending some time, Tyler calls him in the parking lot, he asks the Narrator to hit him, and they have a fistfight. This is probably one of the important scene from the movie where Tyler tells him to punch him and persuade the narrator to do it.
The self-assuring nature of Uttarashada makes other men comfortable in their surrounding which makes men break their restriction, mentally or physically. Here, The Narrator gets a self-assurance from Tyler to punch him straight away which leads him to open up and liking it.
They have further fights outside the bar, which attract growing crowds of men. The fights move to the bar's basement where the men form Fight Club, which routinely meets for the men to fight recreationally and get money as their reward.
More new members join Fight Club, Due to UA’s influence over men and the self assuring nature, who include Robert "Bob" Paulson(Meat Loaf) , who the Narrator had previously met in a support group.
Tyler then recruits their members to a new anti-materialist and anti-corporate organization, Project Mayhem, without the Narrator's involvement.
As I talked about how UA men consider possessions/materialism as a restriction, they try to avoid it.
In Claire’s video, Sun placements among the wealthy people was barely high in all 3 sun nakshatras. An interesting fact to note here is that many UA men are well known for their minimalistic down-to-earth approach to life.
The group engages in subversive acts of vandalism and violence, increasingly troubling the Narrator. After the Narrator complains that Tyler has excluded him, Tyler reveals that he was the one who caused the explosion at the Narrator's house and then leaves the house.
After The members of Project Mayhem kill the other members of fight club, The Narrator blacks out. When he returns to the house, he uncovers Tyler's plans to erase debt by destroying buildings that contain credit card records.
He apologizes to Marla and warns her that she is in danger, but she is tired of his contradictory behavior and refuses to listen. He tries to warn the police, but the officers are members of the Project. He attempts to disarm the explosives in one building, but Tyler subdues him.
With Tyler holding him at gunpoint on the top floor, the Narrator realizes that, as he and Tyler are the same person(We come to know that Tyler is the split personality of The Narrator and never really existed), the Narrator is holding the gun.
He fires it into his own mouth, shooting through his cheek and Tyler dies. Narrator ceases mentally projecting him. Project Mayhem members bring a kidnapped Marla to the building. Holding hands, the Narrator and Marla watch as the explosives detonate, collapsing buildings..
I tried my best to summarize the story to the reference of UA and Chitra interplay. It is a very complicated movie to watch as it took me 2 days to know its plot itself.
In the end, We can see the man coming out of The Narrator (The masculine self of him is Tyler) and literally getting a girl he liked (Which UA men are naturally good at).
Hope you enjoyed the thread!!! This is probably the only bromance movie which is everywhere in a guy’s watchlist. My UA rising bro recommended me to dig deep into this movie. 😌❤️☮️
