Ross would claim to take the pandemic seriously but he'd cause drama among the Friends by confessing to not wearing a mask around a girl he's trying to impress. He justifies the decision because he's "been so careful".
Monica would be obsessively sterilizing everything that entered the apartment, even after it's made clear that fomite transmission rates are low. Chandler is high-risk and working from home because his lungs are already weakened from his smoking days.
Rachel not only wears a mask, she's helping to convert her company's clothing line into masks so they don't see sales disruption.
You'd think Phoebe would be an anti-masker because of her history with alternate medicine but actually she embraces mask-wearing...for the wrong reasons. (The science confuses her.)

Ross, hypocritically, argues with her incessantly. She points out that HE went out unmasked.
(Her favorite mask has a pattern of ugly cats on it.)
Joey misunderstands why "outside" is safer than indoors and contracts for a filming production entirely outdoors. He camps in a sleeping bag on the filming lot and bathes in a gas station restroom while holding his breath the entire time.
Ross goes home for Thanksgiving because their parents want to see their golden boy. (They tell Monica they're fine not seeing her.) All three of them come down with covid but survive.
