I don't even own a bike anymore and the only time I've been to the health store (which is also Lebensreform type trad rw esoteric stuff, nobody talks about this) recently was when I tried to source some obscure herb

Also the herbal medicine stuff is really popular in Germany as well. Nobody talks about this either, much of this stuff is just straight bullshit or too weak but doctors prescribe you herbal tea like it's feudal China for all sorts of ailments
