I wish solo Harries or zquad can understand that when it comes to a musical group, their looks is not the only thing that matters. Their songs, writing, tone, everything does too. By saying that the charm helped them to break so many records is dumb.

Each member was given individual exposure. Harry was given the womanizer and people pleaser, Zayn the player and mysterious one making them more popular among teenage girls. Louis, Liam and Niall have helped with their own witty and sweet charm.
