This virus has been around for a YEAR. Do you know why it's taking so long to get under control? Because America is short-term-oriented. No one wants to shut down for a month to be outside next summer. They want to be outside now. They don't realize how little it will take (1/3)

(2/3) to get control of COVID-19 so we can all enjoy pool parties, pumpkin patches, family Thanksgivings, and Christmas celebrations next year. In short, grow up, America. Stop acting like an impatient 2 yr old.

(3/3) TL;DR: America wants outside now instead of shutting down for six weeks to go outside later and longer. America is a petulant child.
