my body had been at a halt for weight loss around 180-185lbs for a month or two but i was still moving down in inches and sizes.
toning itself probably.
weight has been steadily lowering again within the last 2 weeks.
this has all been done with very basic lifestyle changes.
went from being a college student sitting around and eating 24/7 to having a 40-60hr a week high manual labor job. eating less and healthier in order to function better at work and not feel weighed down
my mental health has changed along the way with it as well. how i think and feel about food, myself, life in general is just all different. i still have bad times but this has taken literally a massive weight off of my shoulders
so since my body has been toning itself out i'm going to start incorporating very small/basic workouts to tone specific areas better. ill update w pics and what workouts im doing throughout this thread :D
