when i think about times in college when i got too drunk two instances stand out to me the most, because i realize how lucky i was that the young men who helped me at the time were decent human beings.

these two instances stand out the most, because they could have gone very differently - and badly - if i had been around rapists. but i wasn’t. these young men were my friends, truly.

they helped me through and made sure i was okay at very vulnerable moments in my life, and i am so grateful for that, but i don’t know if i ever told them. so @JimCoeJr and @_macarony, here’s looking at you. you’re gems. thank you for being good guys.
