1/ Here& #39;s a simple truth: If you can’t take care of yourself, you can’t take care of others.
2/ In order to take care of yourself, you must first outline your values.

Your values can be family, health, education, or any other attribute of the person you want to become.
3/ And how do we know if we& #39;re living out our values?

We turn them into time.

In order to live with personal integrity and on our terms, we must schedule our time in alignment with our values.
4/ If health is important to you, set aside time to go for a walk.

If education is one of your values, make time to read.

If you want to maintain a close relationship with your friends during the pandemic, put that Zoom call on the calendar.
5/ If we don& #39;t schedule time for our values, there& #39;s no way to know whether or not we& #39;re living by them.

I& #39;d like to hear one way you& #39;re turning your values into time this weekend https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="👇" title="Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten" aria-label="Emoji: Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten">
