Holy shit this place is so pretty??

Fjskfksfj the contrast between his face and his arms what I don't get is why they bothered to darken his skin but to still dub w his original voice (and so northern accent) like?? I can understand if a niu picked up the northern accent from his time in the city

But then it would be okay for his skin to be lighter too? Like zhayimo also has light skin & beijing accent and I think that's the kind of juxtaposition they're going for w the rest of the village,, so like why did they half ass the make up which doesn't even go to his arms

That's my only gripe so far though,, the plot of this is surprisingly good and the cinematography is not too bad (of course w very strong pro-govt undertones but this is the cctv we're talking about)
