I can tell you, for free, that Kenyan health workers may start quitting en masse.
A friend told me they were told to return to work in a Kenyan teaching hospital which has NO PPE and which cancelled their insurance and health benefits.

Also, for the record: the health workers who want to go on strike WANT TO STAY.
Even with all of the allied, attendant chaos and nonsense that they cannot solve and that they HATE, they want to stay.
As publics, we need to learn how to support striking workers better.
