1/3 The current national debate on workplace bullying is in danger of being framed as just another argument about politics. But bullying is more important! It has a profound effect on 1000s of people.
2/3 The staff survey tells us there is too much bullying in the NHS - in all organisations, even the best. It is our job to keep working to improve our cultures and processes to tackle the problem.
