Authorities in Puerto Rico have identified the victim who was killed in the shooting. Police say the shooting was not random. They believe the man was targeted. Pictures being shared on social media, showing the mans remains, are horrific.

The police believe this was gang violence. But this happened in a mall parking lot. 24hrs before the shooting there was another video circulating on social media which sounded like a gun battle on a battlefield. Many people in Puerto Rico are accustomed to hear this. Horrible.
