No matter what your political views are, there is no excuse for bad theology. So here are a few notes to remember:
1. A mask is not the mark of the beast.
2. Wearing a mask and practicing social distancing is not a denial of God's sovereignty.

God's sovereignty and man's responsibility must always be held together.
3. The selfishness of man's total depravity makes omnipotent secret conspiracies vastly unlikely.
4. The church of Jesus Christ is not so powerless as to be destroyed by a decree of any magistrate

5. Wearing a mask is not a matter of "obeying God rather than man"
6. A spirit of rebellion against the state is NOT consistent with Christianity and cannot be justified.
7. Malice and bitterness and anger and fear destroy the soul.
8. Be at peace. No one is out to get you.

GO OUTSIDE! Turn your electronics off and go outside. Breathe the air. Kiss your spouse. Go for a walk. Relax.
