Penile Fracture is one of the very rare penile emergencies! It is simply the breaking* of an erect penis during sex or direct trauma, and is commonly seen in 30+ and 40+ men especially those who love the *Cow girl* sex position! Missionary and doggy style *

The following are signs of a fractured penis following the pop break sound;

* Acute pain
* Loss of erection
* Purplish discoloration of the fore skin
* Swelling
