▹DISCLAIMER!!! you shouldn't give your cat human food in most cases and it should never be the base of your cat's diet! and even if something can be given to cats in small amounts, it's better to consult a vet. keep your kitties safe, this thread is just for fun<3

/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : cooking and baking is a fun hobby!! i guarantee you, someday you're going to bake amazing, tasty things not only for others, but for yourself too!
/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : cravings are natural! there's nothing wrong with having food on your mind, even if your brain demonizes it
/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : fruit is healthy and it's good to eat it often, but it doesn't provide you with all of the nutritients your body needs - eating other things is not unhealthy, quite the contrary!

/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : sharing food with people around you is a one of a kind, but very simple experience. trust me that one day you'll have a meal with someone you love without avoiding it, running away from it and without all these anxious thoughts!
/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : it's okay if you don't feel ready for trying your fear foods. it's you who decides when the time for that is, don't feel obliged to do it the second you attempt recovery!
/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : everyone has a different eating routine and eating habits. it's okay to eat at a different time than your friends and other people.

/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : you don't need to compensate for eating. also, everyone needs a bigger portion sometimes - even if you usually decide to have less, it's not bad if you have a more filling meal!
/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : binges can happen when you have an ed. if you binged, that doesn't mean you're faking! it's a part of what you're struggling with
/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : your safe foods are yours and other people have no right to ruin them for you. your comfort is what's most important here! your safe food IS safe.

/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : relapsing does not mean you failed recovery. it means you can start over at any moment! it doesn't mean you'll never overcome your fears. you WILL truly be happy one day.
/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : it's not possible not to deserve food. it's just not an option! nourishment is a basic need that everyone has and you don't need to earn it or work for it.
/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : everyone's ed is different. just because someone else's symptoms are not the same as yours doesn't mean yours are irrelevant!
͙ ͙۪۪̥ ͙ ♡𐡘 𐡘♡𐡘 𐡘 ֎ 𐡘 𐡘♡𐡘 𐡘♡ ͙ ͙۪۪̥ ͙
/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : you don't need to low restrict for your ed to be considered valid. it's a mental disorder, not a diet!
/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : even if you're not underweight, that doesn't mean you're not sick. there's no specific weight you need to have to struggle with an ed. it can happen to anyone, with any body type, any BMI.
/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : there are many reasons as to why someone may develop an eating disorder. it's a complex matter and, once again - everyone is different. each person has a different story and so do you!

/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : you are not 'wannarexic'. if you indulge in disordered behavior and seek to get worse, it's a real issue and you didn't make it up!!
/ᐠ.ᆽ.ᐟ \\ : it's not possible not to be sick enough to recover, ever. you can start recovering at any stage of your ed. everyone, without exception, deserves recovery!
