i see people positing various reasons for the men-hating. & while they might be reasons, they are not excuses. hatred spills out and hurts other groups than your target. just the replies to this tweet have trans/nb folks talking about how it hurts them, for instance

i wouldn't invalidate anyone's traumatic experiences, but they can't be treated as a green light to hurt other people. hatred isn't a healthy way to deal with trauma
