Trump's transition team was a disaster and now he's trying to sabotage Biden's. Some excerpts from Michael Lewis's The Fifth Risk about the Trump transition below.

Christie had to explain to Trump that he was legally required to have a transition team / plan. Trump's reaction when Christie et al put one together:

And this after sending DOE employees a list of questions about political loyalties and views on climate change:

Lots more here, but at any rate, the Trump admin crippled a lot of govt functions by failing to staff the government properly and general bumbling incompetence around the transition.

Now they're trying to sabotage Biden's. They're actively trying to break the government more on the way out door.

I don't think it's even ideological, a la Bannon. It's petty and malicious and rooted in jealousy and revenge.
