@PlanetFitness My club has been closed since COVID-19 and is in the process of relocation (not even open yet). However, I've been charged monthly since August for the membership fee of $10 per month. Please let me cancel my membership RIGHT NOW and get my money back.
@PlanetFitness Of course my club does not answer the phone as it is not even open yet. I've emailed the corporate via the website THREE times so far without getting a single response. What am I supposed to cancel and get refund?
@PlanetFitness Just another bummer here... why did I even bother to send a DM if you are going to repeat the same info that I could find on the website. If I could've gone there and get done, I wouldn't have started this thread.
