Seeing hordes of leftists defend the globalists (aka corporate billionaires who they claim are their mortal enemies) got me thinking:

Why do leftists do this? not only this, but why do average people not revolt against such obvious tyranny and destruction of autonomy?
you could argue that the leftist worldview is indistinguishable from everything championed by globalism: pro-multiracialism, pro-"sexual freedom", pro-LBBQ, pro-vax, pro-lockdown, etc., and now, with Great Reset, pro-global communism (for the masses)

and that would be correct
this worldview has been imposed upon leftists by globalist systems of indoctrination; media, education, corporations, govt, etc. -- leftists are merely regurgitating pre-programmed talking points in response to certain stimuli

leftism is a product of globalism; undeniable by now
so, what we're dealing with here is a monumental system of societal control that permeates every single institution imaginable

(I'm sure this idea isn't new to many of you, but bear with me, this will go somewhere)
we could view the population on a spectrum ranging from "controlled" to "uncontrolled", with "controlled" being represented in its extreme by the far-left, who relentlessly advance globalism while paradoxically believing (or claiming) that they are revolting against it
I guess you could also use "socialized" vs "unsocialized", or "regulated" vs "unregulated", and so on

the terminology doesn't really matter
there are a couple of theories from Michel Foucault that are, imo, extremely useful and relevant to understanding how the system regulates the behavior of the masses

by "system" I mean the Post-WW2 NWO, but it also applies to modern post-Enlightenment society in general
"whaaat? that leftist degenerate?"

yea yea, he was a reprehensible freak, not trad and redpilled or whatever, but undeniably a genius with useful theories. I was pretty surprised

anyway, the two in question are his concepts of "biopower" and "biopolitics"
in very simple terms, to Foucault these mean:

biopolitics = subjection of the masses to sovreign power

biopower = methods by which this is achieved
in generalized terms, "biopolitics" is the intersection between biology and politics. pretty self explanatory

"biopolitics" as terminology is not unique to Foucault -- German national socialists used it to describe racial politics and nationalism, for example
since the fundamental aspect of "politics" is different groups of people (ethnic groups, social classes, etc) fighting over turf and resources, politics is almost always "biological" -- people sometimes die for ideas and abstract concepts but not all that often
anyway, to Foucault, "biopolitics" refers to the large-scale, overarching, complex system of social control that evolved during and after the Enlightenment, responsible for regulating the behavior of an entire population as a whole. he also emphasized its globalized nature
Foucault examined the evolution of punitive disciplinary techniques, demonstrating that methods of punishment intrinsic to specific time periods mirror the structure of society of that era, especially the manner in which sovereignty and power are expressed
in particular, he contrasted the brutal public torture executions of the middle ages and earlier (ceremonial spectacles in which the punishments often vastly outweighed the crimes) to the modern justice system, which shifted from physical *punishment* to mental *discipline*
Foucault used a very specific prison design as the archetype of the modern punitive system: the Panopticon

the structure was designed to allow one single guard to observe all prisoners of an institution, in such a way that prisoners would have no idea if they were being observed
inmates would theoretically be in a permanent state of surveillance, compelling them to regulate their own behavior

this design is not limited to prisons - consider large modern glass architecture, open-plan offices, etc

all of this is designed to imply constant surveilance
they don't build things like this because it looks "nice"
the brutal public executions of the pre-French Revolution era (most of history) reflected the very overt sovereignty of a king, whose (bio)power came from the ability to decide who lives and dies. similarly, the king was directly accountable for the failure and success of society
the punishment or disciplining of prisoners in the modern "biopolitical" era (focused on surveillance and behavior regulation, not physical pain) reflects the mystification of sovereignty that is inherent to liberal democracies, which has accelerated tenfold in Post-WW2 modernity
or to put it another way, the general public has no idea who the fuck is actually running things. nobody knows who the *true* sovereigns are. this is a feature, not a bug. an unknown sovereign, or a power structure that is somewhat decentralized is far more difficult to overthrow
the purpose of the entire social structure of postwar modernity is to create a self-regulating, self-policing populace, allowing the publicly-unknown sovereigns of the NWO to avoid getting their hands dirty and risk being deposed

people who get gulaged know they're oppressed
consider the public response to "covid":

who defends the agenda of globalism the most? leftoid plebs.

elites rarely use overt force/violence to advance their agenda because they've programmed half of the populace to not only willingly embrace it, but police those who reject it
furthermore, via the New Left (based mostly on Western Marxist theory), globalists have adopted an evolved Leninist strategy: filling low to mid level positions of power with social reprobates, losers, and freaks, who would have zero power without the assist of globalist elites
this creates an incredibly loyal middle-management caste, who know that they would have none of their privileges without the system

we see this in the New Left who currently occupy all major positions in academia, education, media, corporations, etc

this peaks in "journalists"
finally, include things such as "entertainment" industries, pornography, mental "health" pharmaceuticals (designed to modify the masse's behaviors and feelings, allowing them to tolerate social conditions that would otherwise be intolerable), and the populace is totally neutered
the final stage of "biopolitics" will come with the great reset, which will include transhumanism and total micromanagement of society down to the biological level

again, many of the masses will welcome this with open arms, believing it is "best for them" https://twitter.com/thuletide/status/1328092319170646017
